Starrco Modular Offices -

Every day, Starrco is presented with many different applications and our systems always provide a solution for our customers.
This was the case last fall. Our dealer, Matrix Material Handling, received a lead from Starrco for Precision Machine & Manufacturing in Grove, Oklahoma. Starrco was able to design a two story building complete with 4 offices, an inspection room, a debur room and a tumbler room.
This job presented a few obstacles that Starrco was easily able to overcome:
- The facility that the building was to be installed had a variable roof pitch. Starrco was able to design the offices with multiple ceiling heights to blend with the roofline for a clean "eye pleasing" appearance.
- Special lighting requirements for meticulous detail work in debur room.
- Steel reinforced door frames to support heavy duty roll up overhead doors.
Precision Machine & Manufacturing chose Starrco to complete this project due to our ability to handle the obstacles listed above, as well as, the Accelerated Depreciation of modular systems vs. conventional construction, quick installation time and the clean appearance of the wall system.
