What Are We Up To This Week? 
 
This week I have been thinking names! I need a name for the programme I am writing for people, if you are creative and have a good idea then get in touch!
 
I am also doing a few 1-2-1's this week which means good fun and doing what I really love which is helping people help themselves!

Greetings!

How are you doing?

Hopefully this E-Mail finds you in a great Saturday morning mood!
 
Or maybe if you don't get this E-Mail until Monday you are in a less great Monday morning mood...
 
The reason I mention this is that people seem to allow the time and calendar to dictate their mood. Last Monday morning I was on Facebook and noticed a lot of my friends saying how awful it was because it was the start of the week and they had to go to work.
 
Now that definitely used to be me! I used to beg for five minutes more in bed on a Monday so I didn't have to face the world..but now I enjoy facing the world! The alternatives to being alive and well on a Monday morning aren't worth considering so again, regardless of what day it is, what time you get this, or whatever mood you are in I hope you have a great day!
 
Before I leave this week I need to ask a big favour from you for the first time!
 
I have been nominated for a national award for maintaining my weight, the award is to recognise four years of being slim and not dieting!

I Would Do Anything To Be Slim...
 
I have mentioned this before but I wanted to focus on it this week as it is very common for people to say they would do anything but the reality is always different.
 
When deciding to be slim you do need a plan! And that plan for most people means to choose a diet that restricts their calories so that they can drop weight.
 
Now on the surface that sounds great! And, of course, does work if you stick to it...but it is never what you eat that matters, it is WHY you eat that matters.
 
Now people will say they will do anything to be slim, but I have known people stop being slim because of strained relationships with friends and family, money problems, working late, because of birthdays, xmas, and parties, they have stopped because they are worried about loose skin, loosing their boobs, stress at work, because they are going on holiday, because they have decided they just don't want to do it anymore...
 
Now all of those are absolutely fine! And I never moan at anyone for not getting slim because it is always a choice!
 
If you choose to stop dieting and go to a party and eat and drink then great, but don't then wonder why you don't get to where you want to in terms of your weight.
 
Everybody can be slim! Everybody can never diet again! Every single person reading this E-Mail right now can be slim and healthy but you have to realise it is just a choice...
 
I used to say I would do anything to lose weight but it wasn't true! When a party came up I would never miss it, or the alcohol at it, so I wasn't prepared to not have a night out with my friends!
 
So back to you...
 
What really stops you getting slim and staying that way? What are you not prepared to deal with or sort? Now, whatever it may be my advice is not to beat yourself up about it! Keep asking yourself if there is a better way to get that!
 
I love going out with my friends, and when on my last diet ever I had a big halloween party where I would normally have eaten loads and drunk myself under the table, but I knew I wanted to be slim so much that I wouldn't eat or drink at all at the party.
 
I convinced myself before I went that the night would be awful and in fact I begged Jo for us not to even go to it, but we went and guess what? we had a great time! In fact I would argue it was the best party I had ever been to for halloween!
 
That night I was prepared to do anything to be slim, so are you really prepared ?
 
Have an amazing week and remember ALL of the magic is in you! Just believe in yourself as I believe in you and you can create such success!
 
As I said to a good friend this week... EYES ON THE PRIZE!
