Good Morning!!
Hope you are really well on this Saturday morning! The weather here in Great Yarmouth is not looking good and I am spending the day in a field watching my son in a football tournament so just looking for my wellies and a big coat!
This week I want to do something different with the article. I got a fantastic E-Mail from Amanda this week asking me what kind of questions I ask people when I am working with them 1-2-1, so on Tuesday night I was working with someone and I wrote them down as I asked them. Therefore, my article this week is a series of questions that if you answer truthfully, and spend some time on, will make you realise why you aren't perhaps creating the success that you really know you want.
Before I leave this week a couple of other little things! You will notice a new section to the left of this which is 'Big Question Of The Week'. This will be a question I will post every week and I hope you will spend time answering. You don't need to write it down or tell anyone the answer, but if you answer these questions and act on those answers, you will find you can quickly change.
Everybody is the expert of themselves, we all know why we overeat, or have overeaten. We all know what our baggage was and is. We all know our problems, concerns and fears but the key thing to realise is that life is a work in progress! Each week you can take a step closer to your goal (or even ten steps!). Of course, it is also crucial to know what your goal is though and to get busy getting there. What do you want to do with the rest of your life?
The final thing is that I am working on some videos! In my new office I have a really big white board and Jo bought me a camcorder for my birthday so decided the two things together mean I can do some YouTube videos about weight management. Therefore watch this space as I will be doing some videos in weeks to come and putting them up on here!
