Health Precautions

So with all the H1N1 cases and common colds going around, we've decided to step up our game. As if we weren't the cleanest place in town to start with...we're taking it to another level! Here's what we are now doing to keep your family healthy this winter...
#1: hand sanitizer is now REQUIRED before and after playing
#2: We are rotating our small toys half way through every play session to keep them as clean and germ free as possible. (i.e. a morning set of toys and an afternoon set) Both sets, as is our usual routine, will be completely wiped and disinfected with bleach at the end of every day.
#3: You will find multiple well-marked buckets in our playroom to collect ANY play items that have been coughed on, sneezed on, mouthed, or otherwise contaminated. These will not be returned to play until they have been thoroughly disinfected as well.
#4: All doorknobs, drinking fountain buttons, etc., which are handled excessively throughout the day will all be wiped down with disinfecting wipes multiple times over the course of a play session.
We'll do our part to keep the germs to a minimum and prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Please do your part in keeping your child HOME if they have exhibited any of the following symptoms in the past 24 hours:
*fever (with or without the use of a fever reducing medicine) *vomiting *diarrhea *consistent cough *runny nose associated with the first 3 days of a cold/flu *generally don't seem to feel well
