COMMERCIAL SEXUAL EXPLOITATION
OF CHILDREN

CALL TO ACTION

SB 91 Moves to Finance Committee
SB 91, the adult entertainment $5 surcharge bill, has been placed on the Finance committee agenda for Thursday, March 5, at 11:00 a.m. in Room 310 of the Coverdell Legislative Office Building (CLOB).  SB 91 provides for a $5 per person adult entertainment surcharge to go into the Crime Victims' Emergency Fund to help commercially sexually exploited children recover.

We are this bill's greatest hope of surviving, and we have a tight timeframe.  Please call, send emails or take a trip to the Capitol from Wednesday (all day), March 4, through 10:30 a.m., Thursday, March 5.  The message:  "Provide for the child victims of sexual exploitation--Pass SB 91."
