Basic Rock Outfit started from the vision Jeremy Thomas had of Elvis's jumpsuit laying on a messy hotel bed. A Basic Rock Outfit is glamorous, tough and could back up the talk and swagger.
Well, life is not always formed by silly visions and, the fact of the matter is Basic Rock Outfit is just 4 guys' that have put their whole heart, life, and soul into the music they create and play. They love to play music every night of their life and, do so with their heavy schedule of 6 shows a week.

Talented, beautiful, and a hometown favorite. Being that Gigga Music is based in South Florida, it is great to find talent from our own back yard. Shanna Crooks is a 21 year old knock out who packs a bruising musical punch. In listening to her music, she has a unique sound that reminds me of Gwen Stefani sound with an edge of Heart. She says both are influences of her. If you visit her myspace page you'll find another influence, Ex Boyfriends. Who are these dummies ?

 I enjoy writing songs, recording and singing as a therapeutic outlet. Deep, huh? I think that's what makes it cool for me -- no pressure -- just flow. My wife, Michelle ("...you complete me...") thinks I'm cool or at least she makes me think that she thinks I'm cool which is cool. Actually, I'm kind of a mommas boy (blame it on my mother) and Michelle lets me get away with quite a bit when it comes to this little hobby of mine . |

 The song starts out haunting and pretty. But don't be fooled. She's got something to say, and by the time the song gets done. you will have been on a journey in your very seat. Her sisters and her mom would tell you they could hear the piano all day everyday. In her room, whether it was the apartment in Helsinki, or one of the many in Budapest. Ruut was always working on a new tune. As soon as she figured out how to play the piano at age 7, the songs started flowing out. |
