Stephan Hillerman, new Mahalo Grille Sous Chef
Stephan came to Mahalo Grille in
June as our new Sous Chef, handling our lunch service. Stephan has a great
background in the business and is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy
in San Francisco. He was a classmate of Josh Payton, Mahalo's Executive
Chef, earlier in the decade which is how Josh knew of him. Stephan has spent
considerable time in South Florida honing his skills and has a flair for
"South Beach" cuisine. A little Cuban, South American and
Caribbean attitude will be a fun addition in the tropical fusion kitchen of
Mahalo Grille.
