If you are looking for a big piece of French sourdough and gobs of baked cheese with a little bit of soup - then don't order this new tropical sensation. The Mahalo Grille team has launched a new French Onion soup - Tropical fusion style. Starting with caramelized sweet maui onions that are simmered in brandy, white wine and beef broth. The soup is topped with house made croutons and a pinch of fresh parmesan cheese. Bold enough to excite, light enough to not fill you up.
