Mahalo Grille joins Coppola Wines to help raise over $87,000 for the City of Hope
On February 19th, Mahalo Grille, in partnership with
Coppola Wines, participated in a regional culinary experience at the Northern
California Food Industries Circle and City of Hope annual fundraiser at the
Castlewood Country Club in Pleasanton, raising over $87,000. Mahalo Grille provided all
guests with its tropical fusion Jamaican Jambalaya spring rolls, topped with a
raspberry chipotle pinot noir drizzle, inspired by the Coppola Diamond Pinot
Noir collection. Mahalo Grille is proud to have taken part in this most meaningful event.
The City of Hope is an independent medical research
institution that has pioneered new treatments and discoveries bringing the
world closer to cures for life-threatening diseases from cancer to
diabetes.
