New Ownership Ribbon Cutting this Week!

Don't forget to join us at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8th to celebrate the new ownership of Mahalo Grille with a ribbon cutting ceremony performed by the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce.  In honor of this special event, we will be offering our "First Seating" menu special of $27.50 per person all night long.

Mahalo Grille Invited to Participate in the Exclusive Taste of Terroir - Livermore Valley's Wine & Food Experience

Mahalo Grille will be teaming up with El SolTaste of Terroir winery to join the likes of Patrick David's, Scott's Seafood, Faz, and other Tri-Valley restaurants for the Taste of Terroir  (a French word for soil that is pronounced "ter-wah") - Livermore Valley's Wine and Food Experience, on July 24th at the Palm Event Center. Only 16 restaurants have been invited to participate in this exclusive event.

Each winemaker and chef team is tasked with creating innovate wine and food pairings for guests to enjoy.  Guests can cast their vote for People's Choice Award as they taste all 16 of the creative pairings.  In a blind tasting, the Culinary and Media Judges for the evening will present awards for Most Innovative Pairing, Judges' Best, and Best Use of Local Ingredients. Guests can also enjoy live music on the patio, an informal cooking demonstration, and a grand dessert room dedicated to sweet and savory treats paired with Livermore Valley ports.

Tickets are $75 each and can be purchased online. Click here to purchase tickets and for more information.

Mahalo Makes the Switch to Trans Fat-Free Cooking Oil

Mahalo Grille is proud to announce the elimination of trans fat-free oil.  The change-over was completed July 1, 2008.  Trans fats increase one's risk of coronary heart disease by raising levels of "bad" cholesterol and lowering levels of "good" cholesterol.  For more information on the dangers of trans fat go to www.transfatfree.com.
