As we approach the New Year, there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel, albeit a bit dim. Residential markets are stirring as commercial markets stumble with mounting vacancies and foreclosures peeking around the corner. But one man's failure is another's success. Buyers are out there, bottom fishers for sure, but they are there for the right properties. There have never been as many opportunities for the buyer with cash. Our job as professionals is to match the right buyer with the right opportunity. Are you up to the challenge?

Words to Remember

Under all is the land. Upon its wise utilization and widely allocated ownership depend the survival and growth of free institutions and of our civilization. The interests of the nation and its citizens require the highest and best use of the land and the widest distribution of land ownership. They require the creation of adequate housing, the building of functioning cities, the development of productive industries and the preservation of a healthful environment.
