The Edge of the Image Through October 9 Mandala Gallery 1701 Blanco Road "The Edge of the Image" offers a view of human relations with one another and with our planet that is both intimate and very wide. Altug Icilensu uses his sharp eyesight to capture Texas and other parts of the United States as they have not quite been seen before. Using reflections in water and window glass, Dianne Monroe's images travel to that magic place where reality and imagination meet and transform themselves into each other. They offer a glimpse into the complexity and multi-layered reality of the things we see, and do not see in our daily lives, along with an invitation to reclaim the sense of wonder about our world. www.mandala-online.com |
