Supra: 
Over the past month, we have been holding Supra / MLS PIN Preview Meetings throughout the state. If you have not received an invite yet for your region, please watch your email for more invites coming soon. At the most recent meeting of the MLS PIN Board of Directors, it was voted that we will extend our contract with Supra for an additional six years. In addition to an overview from your local MLS PIN Account Representatives on recent system enhancements, our goal for these meetings is to present to you some of the latest Supra offerings moving forward. Read More Realtors Property Resource™ (RPR): As you may know, MLS PIN has been a beta test site for RPR for the past several weeks and that test period will come to an end soon. We are scheduled to go "live" with RPR in mid to late October. As it stands now, all Active listings for our REALTOR® customers will be sent automatically and you will have the ability to opt-out under Tools in H3MLS if that is your wish. Listings for our customers who are not REALTORS® will not be sent automatically, but you may opt-in by going to Tools in H3MLS. However, non-REALTORS® will not have viewable access to the RPR database. The database, which will reach real estate professionals throughout the country, gives you the opportunity to promote your listings nationally, and it's all free of charge! New Name for YOUR MLS Application
Earlier this year, we announced that a new name would be coming soon for H3MLS. As we continue our transition into a next-generation application with all of the bells and whistles, we think H3MLS deserves a new brand to match. We are pleased to introduce pinergy to all of our customers! Soon you will see the new logo within the application and on all of our materials. Don't be alarmed - this is still the same system you have been using all along, but with the enhanced functionality we have released thus far, and with much more to come, it is time to update our look. We hope that you like it!

Listing Index Enhancements |
We recently released our Next Generation "Listings" page. All property types are grouped in a new section allowing you to choose all or a specific property type to view. If you prefer to see this section in the Classic view, simply check the box in the main gray toolbar. The Next Open House for each listing is displayed with an active hyperlink to the Open House details. A new Marketing option is located in the gray toolbar above each listing for review of the marketing history and a new Sale Side Tab has been added for easy display of your Sold Listings. A new DOM statistics button has also been added to the main gray toolbar which shows a pie chart of all listings or a selected listing's DOM history. Sold Listings and Sale Side Listings now have a selling ratio for Sale to List Price and Original to List Price. For Commercial properties you have the option to set the status to Rented or Sold. New Photo Upload Features |
You ask and we deliver. Available since August, the option to upload multiple photos to your listings at one time has been released. We have also simplified your ability to sort, replace or delete one or more photos. Want to crop and use only a portion of your photo? You can do this too! Look for the 'Photos' button (camera icon) on the gray toolbar above each of your listings to start using these fantastic features now ... click here for detailed instructions!

New Listing Entry Layout |
As we speed ahead with next-generation listing input features, we are pleased to announce the first of our listing entry enhancements. A more streamlined listing entry screen layout is now available. Additional features include; spellcheck on all free type data fields, calendar selection for date fields, drop-down active agent names for team member selection, address validation on map plots, personal information warnings, and so much more. Our goal is to expedite the listing entry process, as well as provide you with helpful and immediate information for flawless, quick, and easy entry of your listings. MongoFAX® |
Free Fax Service for all MLS PIN Customers!
Congratulations to all MLS PIN customers who have taken advantage of the complimentary MongoFax® service available since May. We are pleased to report that we shattered all MongoFax® release records in the first month. To date more than 2,200 unique MLS PIN customers have used the service with an average of 36,000 pieces of paper in September alone.
This value-added service allows you to instantly fax hardcopy, paper-based documents (disclosure packages, signed contracts, etc.) directly to any email address in the world from ordinary fax machines. There is no hardware or software required. All you will need is the MongoFax® Cover Page located on our corporate website under Products. This service is absolutely free of charge to all MLS PIN customers! |

Annual Shareholders' Meeting
Please be sure to attend the MLS PIN Annual Shareholders' Meeting being held Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at 10:00 am at the Doubletree Hotel Boston/Westborough located in Westborough. This year's elections will be for the even-numbered regions (2, 4, 6, and 8). If you are unable to attend the meeting, please be sure to return your Proxy no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday, October 12th or you may fax it to the attention of Deborah Michaud, Executive Assistant at 508-845-7821. You may also submit your Proxy on-line at www.mlspin.com/stockholders. Technical Tip |
Open Multiple Windows in H3MLS
Ever wish you could open multiple windows at one time while working in H3MLS? Simply hold down the "Shift" key when clicking on any new link OR right click on any new link and choose "open in a new window." If you hold down the "Ctrl" key instead, the link will open in a new tab. These two options will allow you to go between two or more functions within the application at the same time. Give it a try ... it's easy! |

Linda VanCamp "SUPRA Star"
Linda VanCamp has been in the MLS PIN Membership Department for the past nine years. Her main responsibility is to assist customers on a daily basis with keypad lease, lockbox purchase, and any other issues relating to Supra products. Her expertise and demeanor have dubbed her the nickname "go to girl" internally with anything related to supporting our customers with their Supra needs. Linda's other responsibilities include working with the state licensing department and updating license information in our database. She also handles membership updates such as addresses, numbers, and designations. Linda states that she "loves when customers show their appreciation" and "has a great rapport with everyone in her department." She very much likes the fast pace and the opportunity to meet our customers face-to-face. Linda is a valuable and dependable part of the MLS PIN team. Before joining us, she worked as an Administrative Assistant in a small CPA firm for nearly twenty years. In her spare time, she prefers relaxing at home with her husband, dining out, and spending time with old friends and family. |

Did you know that the Topsfield Fair began in 1818 and is the oldest agricultural fair in the country? Not only does it have the treats, animals, fruit and vegetables, but also includes the largest pumpkin contest in New England. |
