 Summer has finally arrived! Let's hope that it brings the increase in activity to New England that is being reported by the media in other areas of the country. We continue to work diligently to improve our products and services and to better serve your business needs. Please mark your calendars now for Wednesday, October 14, 2009. This year's elections will be for the odd-numbered regions which means Region 5 (Cape Cod) will elect its first-ever Director to the MLS PIN Board. We now have over 10 Shares sold on Cape Cod which gives the Shareholders in that region representation. Should you have any questions or concerns with regard to the meeting or nominations, please refer to the mailing which will arrive in your offices mid-August. This package will be a large, white Manila envelope with red writing indicating to open immediately - shareholder material enclosed.  During the next few months, we will be conducting surveys to elicit feedback on features we are looking to add to our next generation MLS application. Many of you have participated in the first one currently on the H3MLS homepage. For each voting opportunity a glimpse of the new functionality will be displayed with an option for you to vote on whether or not you would like to see the change go live. Please take the time to test these anticipated features, and to give us your opinion. You must login into H3 to view; please tell us if you would like to add room features in a drop-down box during listing input. We value your feedback! |
MLS PIN Mobile Hot Sheets
A reminder that users have a search option for "Hot Sheets" using the MLS PIN Mobile Solution. During a search, you will see a dropdown menu of your saved H3MLS Hot Sheets. You are able to access all of your saved Hot Sheets, but will not be able to create or edit them from your mobile device. For assistance, please contact our technical support team at 800-695-3000 option 2.

Printing of Forms in Bulk

 The MLS PIN listing input forms will gradually change over the next several months, as we phase into our next generation MLS application. Until further notice, we recommend that our customers do not print listing input sheets in large bulk in order to save on paper, cost and time.

Listing Syndication

The Plymouth and South Shore Association has officially been added to H3MLS as an optional third-party listing transfer. If you are a member of PASS and would like to syndicate your listings to the PASS website, please ask your Broker to visit the third-party data transfer section under Tools in H3MLS. For a list of all other listing syndication options available to you, please visit our corporate website

In September, we will change over to a new Account Services application. This new product will offer a fresh new look, the ability to schedule your payments, a wallet feature to store payment methods, and a closer integration to our next generation MLS application. Look for more updates and information coming soon!
