2009 Richard Bollinger Releases
Richard Bollinger was hard at work creating new images in a variety of
mediums this past year. He has chosen two strong paintings to reproduce
for the Christmas Season. The first is a large mixed medium work
entitled "Valley Creek". It is a quiet and reflective
painting of a popular stream just a mile from his studio in Chester
County, PA. The second piece is entitled "Morning Prelude".
It is a major watercolor of another local landscape. The painting
features a historic farm whose early residents played a part in the
American Revolution.

Patience Brewster Ornament to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
Each year my husband and I carry
out the Christmas tradition of giving eachother ornaments - but not
just any ornament, something special and unique that isn't found on
every store shelf during the holidays. Patience Brewster's ornaments
fit our criteria to a T. Every year she has something new and different
which makes her line perfect for the collector or someone just looking
for something different.
This year there is a special ornament that is available at only select stores. The 2009 LLS Special Edition Ornament. This ornament was designed with hope and love in mind. The proceeds will go to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Monies raised will be used to discover gentler, healthier ways to treat cancer and for research to cure this disease. These funds are directed to the LLS in memory of Patience's brave
and beautiful son, Holland C. Gregg IV who passed away from the disease
in 2005.
