<<edited for web>>

Since this is heart month, I invite you to take a minute to do some inventory on the parts of your diet that maybe contributing to your UNWELLNESS due to toxicity.
I love you guys and I need you to feel good for your workouts!
Your body is made of a zillion little cells that need nutriton and water.  Little poisoned cells are not happy cells!   It's all connected!  The body is a system!

Here are a few quotes:
"Processed meats and bacon
Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer." (Five Worst Cancer Causing Foods)

"Take a look at the list of ingredients from the strawberry flavoring of a milkshake served at a zip-through restaurant:
Amyl acetate, amyl butyrate, amyl valerate, anethol, anisyl formate, benzyl acetate, benzyl isobutyrate, butyric acid, cinnamyl isobutyrate, cinnamylvalerate, cognac essential oil, diacetyl, dipropyl ketone, ethyl butyrate, ethyl cinnamate, ethyl heptanoate, ethyl lactate, ethyl methylphenylglycidate, ethyl Nitrate, ethyl propionate, ethyl valerbate, heliotropin, hydroxphrenyl-2butanone(10% solution to alcohol), a-ionone, isobutyl anthranilate, isobutyl butrate, lemon essential oil, maltol, 4-methylacetophenone, methyl anthranilate, methyl benzoate, methyl cinnamate, methyl heptine carbone, methyl naphthyl ketone, methyl slicylate, mint essential oil, neroli essential oil, nerolin, neryl isobulyrate, orris butter, phenethyl alcohol, sore rum ether, g-undecalctone, vanillin, and solvent"  (Body Ecology Website)

Ok so you don't eat fast food?  Please take a minute to do some kitchen inventory.
Maybe you've heard me say that I don't eat "anything in a bag with air, and no foods that are packaged to look like toys".  Read your labels.  Even artificial color, which is in everything...I mean what the hell IS that stuff?  If you dont' know what those words are, there might be a reason....

I wanna LIVE.   Join me!

I can help you ADD so much yummy stuff to your pantry you will never miss the processed stuff....guaranteed!  Let me know...

1/3 cup raw organic agave nectar
4-5 tablespoons of raw organic cacao powder
pinch of celtic sea salt
1/2 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon
a small bowl of dehydrated raw finely shreeded coconut
