Summer is upon us...
there is no better fitness motivator than bathing suit shopping!
It's painful but you can do it!  I dare you!  :)

Michele in Sari Greetings!

Even though I'm all summery feel good blah blah....don't get all flowery and gushy on me now.
What I really want to talk about is "Why did you hate your last trainer?" and then "What to look for in a good trainer?" and then what makes a GREAT trainer?

Let's talk about reasons why I think it's important to secure a trainer that:
-- you love
--one that is effective
-- and one that helps you grow or return to a rhythm or habit of regular exercise

1.  Accountability.......it's a lot easier to not hit snooze on the alarm clock when you know someone is waiting for you to workout, or going to knock on your door and you are not ready to go (RTG means Ready to Go!)

2.  Love of the Game...a great trainer has to love to move, love to workout, love to sweat, love the way it makes them feel.  Believe it or not, some trainers hate working out.  How can they make it fun for you if they don't like it?

3.  Transformation...a great trainer has usually transformed their own body and can help you transform yours too.  I'm not talking about with surgery either.

4.  Someone who motivates you.....Great trainers will learn about what motivates YOU, not them, and help you work towards those goals...baby goals and then long term goals.

Anyway, email me your thoughts on this because the list can go on and on & I find it interesting...I am curious to know what you disliked about any previous trainers you've had and also what you've loved (if anything..).

Send me your input and I will compile for a future edition!

Love Michele
