I want to offer you some quick salads for our quick lives:
 
dressing for all;
lemon juice
can add to lemon juice, cold pressed virgin organic olive oil, or Barlean's organic flax oil, or fresh ground pepper, celtic sea salt
 
1.  persian cucumbers chopped
or
2.  persian cucumbers w/onions, chopped (mild, red, white or scallions)
or
3.  persian cucumbers w/onions and carrotts, chopped
or
4.  persian cucumbers w/onions and tomatoes and radishes...add parsley or mint for israeli salad (you can omit radishes but I love them)
 
simple is good.  :)
