Still time to register for “The Science of Food,” October 19-21, 2012, in Charlotte, NC. Agenda is on line and we have a limited number of overflow hotel rooms reserved at a nearby hotel (5 miles) which they are holding for us until October 12th.
We have 60 people registered already for what will be an awesome week-end event specifically designed for foodservice instructors at all levels.
