Sustainability in a Culinary Arts Curriculum

If you are teaching components of sustainability in your curriculum and would like to see how an award-winning program has slowly been moving its school/program/instructor culture towards even greater involvement, you need to come to the CAFÉ workshop in Seattle, July 27-29.

If you are NOT able to teach and practice sustainability in your curriculum, you need to come to the workshop to find out how small steps can lead you towards a curriculum that will be ahead of the curve.
