WE'VE GOT STARS!

Rick Tramonto, celebrity chef, will be headlining our Industry Connections Day on Saturday, sharing his journey as a chef starting as a high-school dropout working at Wendy’s up to today’s  success as the founding partner of Tru, Chicago’s world-renowned four-star fine dining restaurant.

Our other stars share your daily experiences—culinary instructors who have discovered some valuable lessons in the classroom AS WELL AS industry folks who are committed to sharing their thoughts and resources with you.

It’s not too late to register for the June 21-23rd event!  Go to http://www.cafemeetingplace.com/2012-events/leadership-conference.html  for online registration, hotel information, and a tentative agenda.  Early registration deadline has been extended to May 15th!
