• An InfoFair which helps you talk to and take away ideas and resources from our industry partners
• Meal functions that have been designed by the well-known San Antonio chef, Johnny Hernandez

A Field of Tulips Dean Linda Chauncey from Seattle Culinary Academy sent us this picture of the culinary program’s fields in Skagit Valley, Washington.  She promises that the growing vegetables will be just as beautiful when we visit the fields as part of our day-long trip to the Valley. The second year of our sustainability workshops, “Learning From the Ground Up” will highlight conversations and observations of what works to establish relationships with farmers and growers and culinary students.
