These sessions are approximately 20 minutes long; all attendees will rotate to every demonstration! We will have a break after the first three demonstrations for a special “taste test” and then continue with the last three.
This is a new format for CAFÉ and one that we hope you will enjoy. It will be the perfect end to a 2 ½ day conference.
Day One Evening Fiesta at the host school; guests welcome
Day Two Full day of Educational Best Practices; evening free
Day Three Full day of Industry Updates; conference over by 4:30 p.m.
For online registration, a tentative agenda, and hotel information, please go to http://www.cafemeetingplace.com/2012-events/leadership-conference.html

Many people underestimate the yield of fresh mango. The National Mango Board's Mango Foodservice Cutting and Yield sheet provides instructions on cutting fresh mango for maximum yield. The sheet is based on research conducted to determine the foodservice yield, using a consistent cutting technique. To download the sheet and learn more about sourcing, buying and handling fresh mango, visit http://www.mango.org/foodservice/cook-mangos and explore the Cook with Mangos section. |
