The WMMB wants YOU to be a part of a two-way conversation on how cheese has been and can be best taught in a foodservice curriculum.
Apply for an opportunity to tour cheese making in Wisconsin and be a part of a 10-instructor team who will share best practices as well as help design future learning resources.
