The Agenda for the Catering Operations Workshop includes a keynote by Michael Roman, founder of CaterSource, presentation by Sara Hill, the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board’s cheese educator, shared discussions led by experienced catering educators like Kimberly Jones and Greg Forte, educational discussions about how to incorporate events into your curriculum, and much more!

Registration includes all educational programming, an opening night reception, two breakfasts and two lunches, a chef’s tool kit and jacket, and ACF continuing education hours for certification.  Johnson & Wales University is also partnering with CAFÉ to offer CEUs.
