CATERING OPERATIONS

There is still time to register for the October 21-23, 2011, CAFÉ Catering Operations workshop in Louisville, Kentucky, hosted by Sullivan University.

The event will begin on Friday afternoon and conclude around 2:30 on Sunday afternoon.  You will be guaranteed to leave this workshop with ideas and game plans to make catering a more viable part of your foodservice program.

Last Week's D.E.A.L. of the Week!

The response was overwhelming!  The Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board was “sold out” of the DVDs within a few hours!  They apologize that they are unable to handle any more than 50 requests at this time, but they promise that they will have another offering to you in the next few months.  Stay tuned!
