Master Chef Lawrence McFadden to Keynote

Lawrence McFadden, current Vice President of Food & Beverage at MGM Grand, will keynote June 25th at CAFÉ’s 7th Annual Leadership Conference.

Chef McFadden, who began his career as a graduate of Ashville Buncombe Technical College in Ashville, North Carolina and apprenticed at the Greenbrier, will share with the Conference attendees his thoughts on the future of restaurants.

For 15 years, McFadden worked for the Ritz Carlton and opened properties in Jakarta, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Florida, Chile, Egypt, Dubai, Puerto Rico, and Chicago. His perspective, knowledge and experience will prove to be strategic information for chef instructors and department chairs that are looking for information for the next generation of foodservice employees in our world.

Chef McFadden has won Culinary Olympic medals and has been named to the “Who’s Who of American Culinary Leadership” from the National Restaurant Association.
