  • Share and evaluate what they are currently doing in incorporating sustainability into their curricula
  • Learn about new organizations that can support their efforts
  • Practice some activities that can be applied to all levels of culinary education
  • Learn about some “best practices” and innovations already in place around the U.S.

The Art Institute of San Diego will host CAFÉ’s International Dessert Workshop, July 29-31.  Wonderful city …fun topic…lots of hands on work …ACF certification hours awarded…meals included…pastry kit and chef’s jacket included.
