REGISTRATION DEADLINE EXTENDED!

  • Your CAFÉ Leadership Conference registration covers all master classes, an opening night reception, two breakfasts, two lunches, world-class speakers and relevant panels and break out sessions. Other highlights include an InfoFair as well as topical lunch-time roundtable discussions.  There are optional area Tours for Saturday afternoon if you would like to experience some of the beautiful summer weather in Providence.

    Our host is Johnson & Wales University in its new, 82,000 square foot Center for Culinary Excellence.
  • Your CAFÉ workshop events include all classes, a reception, two breakfasts, and two lunches.  In addition you will receive a knife or pastry kit plus a chef’s jacket.

ACF continuing education hours are awarded for all events and JWU Continuing Education Units are also available.

This Week's Featured Master Class


The WMMB Master Class in Providence will demonstrate how attendees can teach cheesemaking in a jar!  Following that exercise, participants will taste local beers and pair them with a delicious variety of Wisconsin Cheeses.

The class is offered on Thursday afternoon, June 23rd  and is included in your Leadership Conference registration.  Limited to 20 participants!
