The Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board will instruct attendees in flavor profiles using the best of Wisconsin cheeses and hand-crafted beers. 
Gastro-pubs are one of the fastest-growing segments of foodservice.  Experience some sophisticated lessons from the master cheesemakers.
Master Classes are offered on both Thursday morning and Thursday afternoon.  The classes are included in your registration fee for the Conference. Get the registration information.

Class sizes are limited!  ACF continuing education hours are given for all CAFÉ events.



APRIL 1
DEADLINE FOR FREE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT!

April 1 is the deadline to submit a winning idea for the Idaho Potato Commission Leadership Award as well as the CAFÉ/Kendall Green Award.  Winners receive $1,000 plus complimentary registration to the CAFÉ Leadership Conference.

April 1 is the deadline for the WMMB Instructor/Student Dessert Contest.  Twelve (12) teams will be selected for an all-expense paid trip to Wisconsin cheese country in July.

April 1 is the deadline for instructors at both secondary schools as well as postsecondary schools to apply for the CAFÉ scholarships or the IPC scholarships or the JWU scholarships.  These instructor scholarships offer free registration to 2011 CAFÉ events.
