Attention Baking and Pastry Instructors!

  1. Attend a chocolate demonstration June 23rd as part of your Leadership Conference registration in Johnson & Wales University’s (Providence) brand-new chocolate kitchen.  Early registration is May 1, 2011.  Get more information about the Leadership Conference.

Spend a week-end with instructors July 29-31 in San Diego as we explore International Desserts and are hosted by the Art institute of San Diego.  You will be working with famed pastry chefs from around the world who will show you their tricks and tips. Desserts from France, Italy, Russia, China, and Vietnam in addition to American favorites will be featured. Get the online registration and hotel information.  ACF continuing education hours will be awarded for all CAFÉ events.  Early registration deadline is May 1, 2011.
