Instructors can request the beautiful 2011 Idaho Potato Foodservice Calendar “Simplicity Redefined.”  Included in this visually stunning calendar are recipes and photos of favorites ranging from Crispy Yukon potato “truffles” with truffle cheese to “Baked potato,” crème fraiche agnolotti, potato brown butter, pancetta, truffle essence and beyond!!
This beautiful calendar and recipes (with a bonus of industry shows and conferences listed month-by-month) can be requested by emailing jvail@potato.idaho.gov.
