Breaking News!
The celebrated Graham Kerr will be one of the keynoters at the 7th annual CAFÉ Leadership Conference. If you haven’t seen his presentation on healthy foods, you are in for a treat! His passion and knowledge and his work with schools is awe-inspiring and we are fortunate to have him join us at our host school, Johnson & Wales University, next June
Interesting Websites
Ever on the lookout for websites that offer you resources for the classroom, CAFÉ has found two interesting recommendations for teachers and trainers at all levels:
www.thesoyfoodscouncil.com has short videos, a Soyfoods 101 curriculum in both English and Spanish, resources for your classrooms, recipes, and classroom exercises.
www.ultimatedecadence.com, home to Continental Mills’ line of Ghiradelli Bake Mixes, has information on its contest, “Send Us Your Masterpiece.” Contestants will be judged on originality, visual presentation, ease of preparation and appeal. Award winners receive $500 and will be featured on the website. The contest is ongoing and winners will be announced quarterly.
