CAFÉ is proud to announce the 2011 Symposium on Culinary Teaching, Assessment, Technology, and Program Development, June 23, 2011, at Providence, Rhode Island.
This one-day Symposium, immediately preceding the CAFÉ Leadership Conference, is dedicated to scholarly presentations and workshops so that participants will have the opportunity to explore one of four topics in greater scope.

The Symposium will cost $75, include lunch, transportation from the conference hotel as well as award 1 CEU (and 7-10 ACF Continuing Education Hours).
