Once again GMC’s editor, Brent Frei, has put together an incredible lineup of features and columnists, all with the intention of helping foodservice educators and trainers do a better job in their educational settings.
Are you a high school instructor? Be sure to check out our “50-Minute Classroom” column (including the Archives of past articles) which are specifically written with the secondary classroom in mind.
Interested in Green Initiatives? Our column, “Green Tomato” highlights efforts and ideas from around the country.
Chefs are interviewed, asked to speak, and generally share best practices with each and every issue of GMC.
Enjoy this month’s issue and pass it on to a friend!
