Baltimore Conference: A Great Place to Vacation With Your Family
This year's Leadership Conference is being hosted in Baltimore, Maryland, within walking distance of the Inner Harbor as well as a ton of other family–friendly activities.

French Cuisine: Updating Classics
Under the purview of Francois Dionot, owner of L'Academie de Cuisine, CAFÉ is proud to present a workshop highlighting French cuisine and its contemporary applications. Some of the subject areas to be covered include: mother sauces; seasonal and healthy choices of soups; quick puff pastry and chou; mousses/custards; vegetables and other familiar French classics with a modern twist.
