The Festival will include two Fringe Highlights from India and Singapore. The festival is filled with thought provoking and exhilarating art exploring the theme of Art & Education. Organized and curated by The Necessary Stage (TNS), the Festival will feature 18 works from 10 countries by artists of several genres, from dance to theatre, music to visual arts. more info

Applicants should have expertise in human-environment issues in one or more East/Southeast Asian countries. Dr. Muhamad Ali is currently an assistant professor in the Dept. of Religious Studies at UC Riverside. His most recent works include the book Bridging Islam and the West: An Indonesian View (2009) and a journal article "'They are not All Alike': Indonesian Intellectuals' Perception of Judaism and Jews (2010). more info
