PAM is pleased to be working closely with the monastic community of the Wat Thai, in North Hollywood, one of the largest Thai Buddhist temples outside of Thailand. These projects bring a fresh perspective to our visitors and invite the community members to interact with the collection in a meaningful way, adding a contextual framework to the art. more info

Darmasiswa RI Program Various Places of Study in Indonesia For the Academic Year 2011 - 2012 Deadline: 28 February 2011
Darmasiswa is a scholarship program offered to all foreign students from countries which have diplomatic relationship with Indonesia to study Bahasa Indonesia, arts, music and crafts. Participants can choose one of 45 different universities located in different cities in Indonesia. Dr. Muhamad Ali is currently an assistant professor in the Dept. of Religious Studies at UC Riverside. His most recent works include the book Bridging Islam and the West: An Indonesian View (2009) and a journal article "'They are not All Alike': Indonesian Intellectuals' Perception of Judaism and Jews (2010). more info
