A large successful local company has  an immediate opening for a Recruitment, Retention and Training Specialist.  The ideal candidate for this opportunity will develop and execute against a recruitment plan, utilize diverse recruitment strategies and participate in every aspect of the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, creating and maintaining relationships with area colleges, universities and trade schools, interviewing candidates, reference checking and extending job offers. The incumbent will develop and execute programs including orientation and on-going training to increase and maintain retention throughout all aspects of our businesses. This position supports The Companies' restaurants and hotels. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, with a preferred college degree, and have two to four years progressive experience in hospitality and/or recruitment or related field, including outstanding interpersonal, communication, and training skills.
