Note from Coach Maggie
We continue to redefine and refocus on who our client audience is and how we can best serve them.

You'll hear more about this over the next few months.  For now I'll share what we already know.

We are focused on YOU... the Leader.

Who is a Leader?   A Leader is anyone who "knows" that he/she influences others. This is not dictated by any title or role.  The Leaders we work with are folks who set out to intentionally influence their environments. They "get" deeply within them that they have something to contribute.  While they may not be totally clear on what that is, together we work to find that clarity and to set them on their own call to action.

We Coach Leaders to be Strategic Communicators

Living a Balanced Healthier Life!

To accomplish this, we focus on:

Health & Wellness | Team Building | Vision Coaching

Health & Wellness

This is our focus again this month.  As I mentioned in last month's newsletter, "Coach Maggie is Called To Health and is encouraging clients to join her!"  Soon you'll see more changes on our website that will explain our Health & Wellness services in more detail.  For now, our feature article Do You Know This Person? not only tells you who should look at our program, but it does go on to explain some of our services.

Do you know anyone who can benefit from Health Coaching?

I invite you to consider these actions:

  1. Read below & learn more about our typical Health & Wellness Client as well as the services we offer.

  2. Forward this email on to someone that may either be an ideal client or will be able to share this with others.
  3. Curious about your own health?  Read about the free tools that help you get started.

Our typical Health & Wellness Client is a busy professional who...

  • eats on-the-go
  • gets lost in his/her work day & forgets to eat
  • has difficulty maintaining a healthy weight
  • has been warned by their doctor to make some changes
  • lacks the energy to do anything but the basics of life
  • recognizes that their appearance (hindered by their excess weight) does not convey their professional message
Our Approach to Health & Wellness
Move Your Health UP Your Priority List!
  • It's about thriving and not just surviving!
  • It's about creating health, not just reacting to illness.
  • It's about moving your Health & Wellness goals UP your priority list!

Reaching a healthy weight is just the beginning.  As you work toward Optimal Health, you learn to take charge of your lifestyle by learning daily habits of health and be as healthy as you can be, for as long as you want.

As Your Personal Health Coach

I've been there!

Coach Maggie is Called To Health and is

encouraging her clients to join her!

As a wife, grand-Mima, ministry leader, business owner and caregiver to my parents I allowed my personal health and wellness to lose priority.  While still a work-in-progress, I have a passion to share with others my own lessons learned and together walk this Wellness journey.   I'm working on my own personal health and am taking my coaching clients with me!

I work with you one-on-one as well as group coaching settings, as your make your journey toward Optimal Health.

To create long-term lifestyle changes, you need to do things each day that support your physical and emotional well-being. We call these the Habits of Health.  I provide support each step of the way as you learn the habits of health at your own pace.

With me as your trusted guide, you'll learn to take responsibility for your actions and, in turn, take ownership of your own health.

Once that happens, you can enjoy long-term success in maintaining a healthy weight and a brighter, healthier future.  Click here to learn more about our clinically proven weight loss program designed, used, and recommended by doctors.
