On Saturday, July 12th 2008 - Arnold "Sonny" Canale celebrated 51 years as the owner and operator of Exotic Flowers. When we say 'family business', we mean it.
Sonny works 365 days a year. We often joke he only works half days .. 6am-6pm. He is a great leader with an unsurpassed work ethic. A navy veteran and Boston native, Sonny has grown Exotic Flowers into one of the largest flower shops in the country.
Our reputation and growth are results of his skills as a designer, business man and leader. Not only am I lucky to have him as a boss, but also as my dad.

Should We Buy It ????
In honor of Major League Baseball's All Star Game on tuesday July 15th in New York City; 42 replica Statues of Liberty have been created. Each statue has its own unique theme. The statues measure almost 9 feet tall and weigh 750 pounds. These 42 baseball themed are original works of art can be found along the streets of Manhattan.
After the All Star Game, the statues will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. Proceeds will benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Bidding starts at $5000. Should Exotic Flowers bid ?
My goal is to bring this statue to Faneuil Hall Marketplace for Bostonians and tourists alike. Faneuil Hall is a symbol of freedom and this statue would be a grand addition at the front of our store. Should we bid ??

Wally is coming to our Faneuil Hall Store August 10th
On Sunday, August 10th at 12pm; Wally the Green Monster will be visiting our Faneuil Hall Marketplace in Boston. Wally is the official mascot of the Boston Red Sox. He was born in 1997 and has been sharing his good luck with Red Sox fans since.
He will be at the store signing autographs and taking pictures. Photos and autographs are FREE !! So bring the kids, bring yourself. Wally is quite the charmer.
In honor of his arrival, our store will be selling all types of Red Sox merchandise. Red Sox balloons, Dice-K and Papelbon action figures, keychains, postcards, Wally magnets, Wally Dolls, and all types of Red Sox back to school items too. !!
