Half Price

It was recently brought to my attention that our 10 day English Garden and 2012 Chelsea Flower Show tour is half the price of a leading, well known luxury tour operator. Theirs is $14,570.00 and ours is $7,395.00. I was shocked so started researching and, sure enough, my trusted travel friend was right on with the numbers, details and more. For comparable itinerary, touring and lodging, our English Garden and Chelsea Flower Show tour is indeed half the price. In addition, we include Tea at The Ritz and time for theatre in London. We also offer several fine dining experiences and include more evening meals. Breakfasts are the same for both tours. As for the itineraries, we shine. A small artisan company often times can offer more than larger corporations because the work is a true passion and less about the bottom line. All said, if you or your friends are interested in what is an excellent tour with exceptional value and now can be easily compared for the stunning value it is, spread the word. Reservations are coming in and our groups are intentionally small. Take a peek at The Chelsea Flower Show and English Gardens 10 day tour at www.serendipitytraveler.com and if you want to compare the other call me for specific details. Sometimes the best things come in smaller packages with exceptional value. 10 Day English Garden Details here |

A Fan Letter
The memories of my lovely restorative week with you in Nova Scotia will stay with me for a very long time. Since coming home to a host of "old house" woes, I find myself going back to my memories and photos to de-stress when the going gets tough! I felt very nurtured and supported by your open-hearted generosity and companionship throughout the week. I felt peace of mind regarding travel details and arrangements. It was lovely not to worry about what would happen where, where or how--that being one of the major advantages of choosing tours. But unlike more regimented tours offered by larger companies, you achieved just the right "balance" of alone/unscheduled time with pre-arranged activities. I enjoyed the balance of history and culture through the emotionally moving exhibits at Pier 21, the Titanic exhibit at the Maritime Museum and the Lunenberg walking tour. It really helped me to form a meaningful appreciation of the area and its people without any of those mind-numbing "canned" tours offered by seemingly bored museum staff that one sometimes encounters on large group tours. The culinary adventures during the week were first rate, especially capping everything off in fine style at La Fleur de Sel! The memory of the fabulous smoked salmon starter, the surprising palate cleansing raspberry-celery sorbet and the chef's "works of art" for dessert will stay with me for a long time.
Finally, this was one of the few vacations that I can remember when I slept well every single night and I never woke up feeling tired. Both hotels were in great locations with easy access to sites, with all the amenities expected by modern travelers, providing quietly luxurious settings that avoided being ostentatious. Both rooms I slept in were safe, exceptionally comfortable and well appointed and this played a huge role in my feeling refreshed, rather than exhausted, at the end of my trip.
It would be my pleasure to join you and other women on future tours. You have made me a permanent Serendipity Traveler fan who will spread the word to all my women friends who, like you, are adventurous, open to new cultures and people and dedicated to their own and other women's wellness.

Aloha Bliss
Are you dreaming of a winter island hideaway? Our winter jaunt to Maui, Hawaii will ensure you a tropical getaway with the spirit of Aloha, Hawaiian culture, active outdoor hikes and walks, optional snorkeling and more. The airfares to Maui (OGG) are $800 ish now from the East Coast and less from the West Coast so I encourage you to reserve this trip early and take advantage of these lower airfares. Closer to wintertime fares are guaranteed to be higher.

FAQS
Questions we answer often, if you think of another just call me at 800 975 2357
What age are the travelers?
We encourage women of all ages to travel with us. The spirit is ageless! When a trip will require above average physical activity, it will be so stated. If you have any medical problems that may limit your travel, please check with your physician for assessment. Most trips will require lots of walking. The ages in our groups usually range from 40-75.
Is this a lesbian travel company?
No, we are not a lesbian travel company. All women are welcome to travel with us.
What to Bring?
Travel light. We always pack more than what is needed. Remember comfortable walking shoes. For our garden tours, shoes that don't mind water are a must. For tropical trips, less is more. A travel umbrella with a lightweight raincoat is always a good idea. Look at each itinerary and then pack accordingly for the various experiences planned on the trip. I encourage One Bag Only.
Can I stay longer or arrive earlier?
Yes! We can arrange the necessary details on most itineraries. On overseas trips, many women like to arrive a day early to adjust to the time change and settle in.
Do I need additional money?
Most expenses are included in the cost of the trip. You will need money for some lunches, dinners, shopping, additional spa services, alcohol, laundry, telephone, and custom fees as appropriate. ATM machines are readily available and are the easiest way for you to access funds as needed. Upon arrival at the local airport, the first stop can be to the ATM machine. It is best to have a MasterCard or Visa with you. Often times, American Express is not accepted and many credit cards charge an additional fee for overseas transactions.
Do I need insurance?
Insurance is recommended. We do not sell insurance and refer you to Travel Guard online.
Do I pay extra for traveling alone?
No, it doesn't cost more to travel alone with us. In 2012 there are no single supplements for our tours. Each woman will have her own private room. We think you deserve a room of your own. Where do we Meet? Each trip is a little different. Prior to traveling you will receive arrival details, additional information for your reading pleasure and notes to familiarize you with our destination. Can I make my reservation via snail mail? Yes you can. All you do is print the reservation form online, fill it out, and send it off to us with your deposit.
