Think Fresh Mex with the Baja Chicken. This slightly spicy tender grilled chicken breast gets cooled off by the fresh pico, cheese and cilantro. It's a fresh and beautiful thing!
The Herb Crusted Pork Loin is a high quality cut, and the sides served with this dish really bring out the delicious flavors of the roast. Tri-colored potatoes are red, blue and orange (sweet potatoes), and make for a visually stimulating side. The apples and blue walnut salad bring some sweet, savory flavors to the meal that really work well together. All in all, this one is GOURMET ALL THE WAY!

Our other bit of BIG news is the introduction of our new Liberty Barbecue. We wanted to improve this popular menu item and make it some of the best BBQ in the city, so we invested in a smoker and have started smoking all our "cue" overnight. These orders require a week's notice. Try the new Liberty Barbecue and you'll be treating your guests to authentic smoked BBQ right in your office!
