WIRED Magazine's NextFest |
On September 14-16 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, WIRED Magazine is bringing you over 160 exhibits from scientists, researchers, and inventors from around the globe. NextFest is a four-day exploration of the technology that is leading us into the future. NextAid is the exclusive provider of the music and DJs for this event. DJ Dan Donates 5,000 Record Collection |
DJ Dan is one of America's most highly sought after DJ/producers who continually breaks new ground. As an artist of such admiration, he doesn't just "rest on his laurels" but is always creating and working harder than ever. Dan has been a supporter of NextAid since the early days and recently donated his record collection of over 5,000 records to auction off with all proceeds going to NextAid. Auction goes live on eBay Friday, August 31. Collection includes autographed copies of Dan's "Needle Damage," Cirrus' "Stop and Panic" remix, Freshmaka's "I am the Freshmaka" remix, Basco's "Everything is Going to the Beat" remix, plus other signed test pressings and releases. Radio Ear Network Produces Benefit CD for NextAid |
 On August 1st, Radio Ear Network began the process of signing up musicians for the chance to be chosen to be on a globally produced and distributed CD for the benefit of NextAid. Both live and prerecorded tracks will be accepted for voting. All submitted tracks will be broadcasted on an extended Innovational Boogie 2.0 show on Mondays, Aug 13, 20, & 27 and Fridays, Aug 10, 17, 24, & 31 from 7-10am EST. IB 2.0 can be heard on Radio Ear Network. |
