You Can Add Years to Your LIfe
|
|
 This holiday my family received a gift in our Christmas
stockings which was very surprising. It was dental floss, toothpaste and
mouthwash. My first reaction was, is someone trying to graciously tell me I have
halitosis?
Not at all, this was about extending our life span. Did you
know that you can add 6.4 years to your life just by good dental hygiene? In the book, The RealAge Makeover: Take
Years off Your Looks and Add Them to Your Life by Michael F. Roizen, he tells us the regular removal of harmful bacteria can reduce
the risk of heart disease and strokes. You can add 2 years to your time on the
planet by getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night and 3 to 5 years for having
a good sex life. If you do not have a partner at this time, I would imagine
being loving to the people in your life would add years also.
So start the New Year off right, brush and floss your teeth,
get the sleep you need and send out love to everyone you see especially those
close to you. We will be around a lot
longer and more pleasant as we approach 80, 90 and 100 years of age.

Reconnection or Axiational Alignment

Next to Reiki this has been the most transitional class I have taken or
taught. It is difficult to conceive how we connect to the power and knowledge
of all that is but the lines accessed with this work gives this esoteric world
a workable image. When activated, this light grid of pure intelligence will burn away the
layers of ignorance that have clouded the lens of perception. Your everyday
life begins to gradually reflect a more profound relationship with Natural Law.
Life then becomes an ever-increasing expression of love, compassion,
understanding, and joy.
This grid is a light body network. When one is in ill
health, part of this lattice is inactive or darkened. This process reconnects the lines through sacred geometry and sound thus turning the light back as it activates the energy field
allowing the body to heal itself. You will learn and experience how to feel, locate and see this field. The initiation is preformed during the Reconnection treatment, making the difference very apparent.

Skype, It is Just Like Being There
|
 You can experience face to face energy treatments right at your computer
Have
you heard about Skype? It's free and so easy to download. I use it to
talk to my children and grand babies in San Francisco and Denver while I
am away in Tucson. I also use their phone service and save on cell minutes by using my computer instead. I have given a master level attunement to a
gentleman in Hong Kong with much success.
