Does Your Doggy
Need A Trainer too?
Meet Bootcamper, Teka Ludovico

Teka has developed her own unique behavior modification program that is gentle but extremely effective. As an animal behaviorist Teka focuses primarily on teaching owners how to communicate with their pets; obedience training is just 10% in training. Understanding a pet's emotional and psychological needs is extremely important since many times it can override their learning ability, expression of love and social skills.  She only does privates, and usually one or two session it's all you need.  Oh, if only training humans was that easy!

ECO-FRIENDLY WORKOUT WEAR
Looking for a way to combine your love for clothes, exercise and the environment? Organic cotton's got company with these lesser known green fabrics that are as good for your workout as they are for the planet:
Hemp: Not only is this super-green plant easily renewable, but its fibers are extremely strong and can be very soft as well.
Bamboo: Grown easily without pesticides, bamboo is abundant, harmless, and surprisingly comfortable. Bonus: It also helps fight odors!
MicroModal: This newcomer, derived from beech tree cellulose, is completely biodegradable and luxuriously soft, resulting in pants and camis you won't want to take off.
Soy: A little harder to come by than the others, super-soft soy-based clothes are actually made from food industry byproducts, which means you can wear them comfortably, and guilt-free.
