Will Mobile Payment become mainstream in the USA in 2012?:

Imagine walking through a store. You find a sweater that you like, but they don't have your size in stock. The salesperson walks over with an iPad equipped to locate that sweater in the correct size while also showing you the matching scarf, hat, gloves, shoes, etc.
You swipe your credit card right where you stand and your new wardrobe will be delivered in 3-5 business days. It's a nice story - but is it feasible?

Disruptive Technology Here Today
What is your business requiring IT to deliver in 2012? At a recent event I heard one IT executive say "I loathe Christmas time because our senior executives get new gadgets and expect me to roll them out into the workforce. From iPads, to smartphones to new applications, my stress level always rises upon their return." This year's resolutions may include goals such as improve your customer service, implement a mobile solution, and migrate your data to the Cloud. All sounds reasonable but without a strategy, knowledge and guidance it can seem overwhelming. Use your local network, peers and colleagues to gain advice on how best to tackle these day to day efforts. It may seem like a long road ahead but proper preparation can ensure success and growth in 2012.
Sincerely,
