Go Red for Women
Delaware River Port Authority and PATCO Employees once again raised money for the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women Campaign. This year Authority staff donated $500 to the cause and on Friday, February 5, wore red to raise awareness of women and heart disease. But not to be left out, the Ben Franklin Bridge showed its support as well. The bridge was lit red for most of the month. |

Commitment to Diversity
The numbers are in and the Authority is proud to report that for the year 2009, we paid more than $15 million to disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned businesses for construction and engineering related projects, professional services and purchases. That's an increase of nearly 3 percent from last year. To learn more about DRPA's Office of Business Development and Equal Opportunity click here, http://www.drpa.org/obdeo/index.html. |
