"Circuit Pilates" combines the cardiovascular benefits, intense calorie burn, exciting pace, and variety of a traditional circuit class, with the precise form, core focus, and machines from Pilates. This is a group class like no other! In most group Pilates classes you are restricted to mat work or to the reformer. In this "Circuit Pilates" workshop, you will be working on the reformer, wunda chair, trap table, bosu ball, and various Pilates props. During this workshop you will enjoy the creativity and variety you experience in a private Pilates session, but with the reasonable rate of a group class. Each week of this four week course will have a different focus, deepening both your kinesthetic and mental understanding of your body and Pilates practice. Legs & Glutes

Learn to propel forward in life with strength.

 
Week Three:
Wednesday, September 2nd

Unlocking the Core

Though each session will emphasize a connection to the core, this week will have a more detailed focus on abdominal wall, pelvic floor and deep back muscles.  Learn about the main focus of Pilates.
 
Week Two:
Wednesday, August 26th

Arms & Shoulder Girdle


Learn to strengthen and stabilize the upper body.
 
Week Four:
Wednesday, September 9th
6:30-7:30pm

Integration and Balance


Take the strength gained in the previous three weeks, and learn to express strength, grace, and balance.  Exercises will be centered around those which require the most integration of your entire body and challenging balance exercises. 

Cost:

One session: $32  
Any two sessions: $60 
All four sessions: $112


Requirements:


**Must have completed 10 private sessions prior to entering a workshop OR receive approval of the instructor
**Minimum of 3 participants and maximum of 5, for each week.
