Homemade Granola
4 cups uncooked oats 3/4 cup wheat germ 3/4 cup oat bran 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 3/4 cup chopped pecans 3/4 cup chopped almonds 1/2 cup brown sugar 1-teaspoon salt 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup diced dates |
